Implementing a changelog

The typical breakdown is to separate a list of versions, and then within each version, show:

• Added features.
• Modified/Improved features.
• Deleted features.

git log [options] vX.X.X..vX.X.Y | helper-script > projectchangelogs/X.X.Y
